As a low riparian country Bangladesh is exposed to recurrent threats of flood. The country also experiences other forms of natural disasters. Thus, part from various development and advocacy and campaign interventions, Masjid Council stands by the affected people and supports them with food and rehabilitation assistance.
Previously Muslim Aid UK and some benevolent individuals provided cash support to carryout relief programs which covered approximately 9000 families.
